Thank you for visiting IQ Demo Clinic. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website, our online funnel pages, our free masterclass, our paid programs and our consultation booking tools (together, the "Site" and "Services").

IQ Demo Clinic is operated by IQ Demo Clinic LLC, located at 123 Demo Lane, Austin, Texas 78701. Our services are provided by Dr. Jules Abbott. When we say "we", "us" or "the clinic", we mean IQ Demo Clinic LLC.

By using the Site, booking a consultation or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of these Terms. You can read it at /legal/privacy.html. These Terms are published at /legal/terms.html.

Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, book a consultation or buy a program. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer our Services to anyone under 18.

Educational Content and the Provider-Patient Relationship

Our website content, blog posts, emails, videos, the free Perimenopause Energy Masterclass and our online programs are educational. They are designed to help you understand perimenopause and menopause and to support healthy habits. They are not medical advice for your individual situation, and they do not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Dr. Jules Abbott or the clinic.

A provider-patient relationship arises only when you book a consultation with us and complete the clinic's separate patient intake and consent process. Until then, please do not rely on our content as a substitute for care from your own licensed provider. Always talk with a qualified health professional before changing medication, supplements, diet or exercise.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room right away.

How We Deliver Consultations

We offer consultations in two ways:

• In person at our clinic in Austin, Texas.
• Online by video (telehealth), for patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the consultation.

Telehealth

Telehealth lets us meet with you by secure video instead of in person. Please keep the following in mind:

• You must be physically located in the State of Texas during any telehealth consultation. If you are outside Texas, we will need to reschedule or offer an in-person visit.
• Telehealth depends on technology. Internet connections, devices and software can fail or be interrupted, and video may not capture everything an in-person examination would. If a connection fails, we will do our best to reconnect or reschedule.
• Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
• Your informed consent to telehealth, including its benefits and risks, is handled separately through the clinic's patient intake process. These Terms do not replace that consent.

Our Programs and Services

The following offers are available through the Site. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at the time of purchase. We may change prices or offers for future purchases at any time.

• The Perimenopause Energy Masterclass (free): a free online class explaining why energy, weight and brain fog change during perimenopause, and introducing the phased Hormone Rhythm Method for feeling like yourself again.
• Energy Reset Call ($49): a focused one-on-one call to map your current hormonal-phase symptoms and build a personalized first-step plan. Guarantee: not useful? Full refund, no questions asked.
• Perimenopause Energy Reset ($1): a 12-week program to steady energy, sleep and mood through perimenopause. Guarantee: as stated on the offer at the time of purchase. If no guarantee is stated, refunds follow the general refund rules below.
• The Hormone Rhythm Program ($1,997): a 90-day guided program that phases nutrition, movement, sleep and stress recovery to your hormonal rhythm, with coaching, community and weekly check-ins. Guarantee: complete the first 30 days and, if you don't feel a difference, get your money back.
• Rhythm Membership ($47 per month): ongoing support after the program, with fresh seasonal guides, monthly live coaching and continued community access to sustain results. Cancel anytime.

Program results vary from person to person. We cannot promise any particular health, weight, energy or mood outcome.

Payments

Payments are taken online through our customer relationship management (CRM) system's checkout and order forms, processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

We do not store your full card number. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

For the Rhythm Membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges of $47 until you cancel.

Cancellations and Refunds

Consultations

This applies to the Energy Reset Call and to clinic consultations, whether in person or by telehealth.

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment time for a full refund of any amount paid.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments (no-shows), are not refunded unless the clinic chooses otherwise.
• The Energy Reset Call also carries its own guarantee: if you did not find the call useful, let us know and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

Programs

Programs follow the guarantee stated on the individual offer at the time you purchase. The current guarantees are listed above under "Our Programs and Services". To claim a guarantee, contact us within the guarantee period described on the offer.

Rhythm Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not pro-rate or refund the current month's fee unless the law requires it. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to demo@example.com or +1 512 555 0100. Please include your name, the email address you used to purchase, and the program or appointment concerned. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Text Message (SMS) Program

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, webinar reminders and marketing messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.
• Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Accounts and Community Conduct

Some programs and the Rhythm Membership include access to a private community and to online program materials. If you are given an account or community access:

• Keep your login details private and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
• Be kind and respectful. Harassment, bullying, discriminatory language, spam and unsolicited promotion are not allowed.
• Do not share other members' personal stories, names or details outside the community.
• The community is for peer support and education. Nothing posted by other members or by the clinic in the community is individual medical advice.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content, suspend or end community access or accounts if these rules are broken. If we end your access for a breach of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund except where a stated guarantee or the law requires it.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the Site and in our programs, including text, videos, workbooks, guides, graphics, logos, the Hormone Rhythm Method name and materials, and the IQ Demo Clinic brand, is owned by IQ Demo Clinic LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

When you buy a program or join the membership, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, sell, record, publish or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
• Introduce viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the Site's operation.
• Scrape, copy or harvest content or personal information from the Site.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are, including your age or your location during telehealth.
• Use our content or community to promote your own products or services without permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to websites, tools or resources run by others, such as our payment processor, video platforms, scheduling tools or social media. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site or Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that content will always be accurate or current, or that any program will produce a specific result for you.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, IQ Demo Clinic LLC, Dr. Jules Abbott and our staff and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services.

To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site, a program or a consultation purchased through the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

This section does not limit liability for professional medical care that is governed by separate patient agreements and by law, and does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQ Demo Clinic LLC, Dr. Jules Abbott and our staff and contractors from claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at /legal/terms.html and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Site or Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For significant changes affecting active program members, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms or guarantees shown at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Services. Patient care itself is governed by the clinic's separate intake, consent and Notice of Privacy Practices documents.
